Meeting objectives:
1. To update the Network on BCCC’s advocacy efforts, programs, and updates; address questions
2. To seek input from the Network as needed
3. To facilitate the sharing of information across the Network in an effective way
Network Call Agenda:
* Policy and Advocacy – BC Chamber of Commerce updates, emerging issues/priorities, impacts in each region (if any), pressing issues in each region (if any), and how the BC Chamber of Commerce can support/help on specific issues.
* Canadian Chamber Executives of BC (CCEBC) update - relevant updates regarding education, training, and executive opportunities.
* Program Updates and Opportunities - presented to executives on an ad hoc basis to drive value to businesses and potential non-dues revenue streams (prior years’ examples include Export Navigator, Addressing the Labour Market Gap, Social Purpose for Business).
* Quarterly guest speakers on relevant topics/emerging issues (e.g., immigration, economic outlook, etc.).
* Quarterly updates from the Board Chair, BC Chamber of Commerce.
* Continued standing invitations for executives to bring forward topics for discussion at Network calls.
