Hi everyone,
As mentioned in our inaugural BC Chamber Network Update newsletter, we are introducing a new schedule for staying connected and collaborating on advocacy priorities throughout the year across all regions and the network.
What to expect in these sessions:

* A quick snapshot of where things are at (advocacy, consultations, key updates)
* A chance to talk through what’s happening in your region
* Space to raise emerging issues and opportunities
* A way to help shape future priorities and policy work

As this is our first caucus meeting, we have scheduled this session for 90 minutes to allow time to walk through the approach and answer any questions. Moving forward, caucus meetings will be 60 minutes.
Agenda (First Caucus Session):

* Welcome + context (why we’re doing this + what to expect going forward)
* Quick updates (advocacy work, consultations, key files)
* Regional pulse check (what you’re hearing from members / emerging issues)
* Policy check-in (what’s relevant, where there’s movement, gaps to watch)
* Looking ahead (upcoming opportunities + next steps)
* Wrap-up

We're kicking off planning for Small Business Week - 3rd week of October, and the annual Premier & Cabinet Lunch in early December and want to hear from you before we lock anything down.

This is a casual, optional session - no need to prep anything. Come if you're interested in participating, providing your feedback and/or want to hear what we're thinking - skip it if it's not for you this year (we'll send a recap email either way).

Either way, your voice is important as we build programs that work for you and your members.
